Create Your Lot

Choose a coffee and enter grade, screen, crop, quantity, packaging and delivery conditions. Define up to three price tiers and attach images, video and documents. Use Import Lots if you already have a coffee list.

See the Service Fee Up Front

Choose whether the service fee is deducted from your price or added on top. Each tier separately shows the buyer price, Gerarco service fee and your net unit amount. An active minimum service fee is included in the calculation.

The supplier is paid after collection from the buyer and delivery of the goods are complete. Other commercial conditions are confirmed for each transaction. Gerarco Approved assessment is separate from the basic listing service.

Keep It Current, Pause When Needed

Keep stock and price current, including quantities sold through other channels. Freshness checks and Gerarco Approved assessment are separate; one does not replace the other.

Gerarco Manages the Sale

Buyer requests are handled through Gerarco. For an agreed sale, goods are purchased from the supplier and invoiced to the buyer by Gerarco. Original packaging is retained. Public display of supplier identity depends on Gerarco publishing settings.
