Scope of Your Choice

I consent to Gerarco processing my identity, contact and preference details for new lots, price bulletins and marketing content, limited to the topics and channels I select. Email, telephone, WhatsApp or device-notification choices are shown separately in the relevant screen.

This text alone does not create a consent record. Permission is given through the optional selections and save action in the relevant form. Membership, quote requests and lot entry are not conditional on marketing consent. Providing a privacy notice and obtaining consent are separate actions.

Device Notifications and Usage Measurement

Topics and frequency selected in GerarcoAPP define device notifications; the browser separately requests permission. This does not replace email or WhatsApp permission. Usage measurement selected in the cookie panel is also independent of communication preferences.

Changing or Withdrawing Consent

Change preferences through Profile → Notifications or GerarcoAPP, disable device notifications in your browser or contact us by email. Change usage measurement through Cookie Preferences in the footer. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing; it applies to subsequent optional processing.

Communication preferences do not replace other permissions and duties required by legislation on commercial electronic messages. Transaction and security communications are managed separately from marketing content.
