Service and Commercial Relationship

Gerarco is a professional green coffee sourcing platform offering lot comparison, quotes, proformas, lot management and shared-container applications. For agreed sales, Gerarco purchases from suppliers and sells to buyers. Direct user-to-user brokerage is not promised unless expressly agreed in a separate contract.

Accounts and Authority

Provide accurate contact and company details and be authorized to represent the business you act for. Protect your account and password. An active account does not mean every submitted lot or commercial transaction has been approved by Gerarco.

Lot Information and Freshness

Suppliers must accurately enter coffee, origin, grade, screen, crop, quantity, packaging, price and delivery conditions, and ensure documents and images relate to the lot. Sales through other channels must reduce stock; unavailable or withdrawn lots must be paused. Misleading origin, measurement, certification and stock claims are prohibited.

Gerarco may edit incomplete or inappropriate content, request corrections, pause publication or restrict relevant account permissions. Direct publishing permission does not waive these rules. Only Gerarco assigns the Gerarco Approved mark after physical contact with the product or sample, checks of screen, moisture, water activity, grade, defects and density and photos of the product and packaging. It is not a ranking of superior cup quality.

Price Tiers and Service Fee

Consider unit price, currency, minimum quantity and order step together. Tier pricing applies only to the qualifying quantity; a tier unreachable with available stock does not apply to the buyer. Currency and weight conversions support display; transaction currency and final conditions are confirmed at quotation.

Suppliers are paid after buyer payment has been collected and goods have been delivered. Suppliers choose whether the service fee is deducted from or added to their price. The applicable rate, any minimum fee, sale price and net unit amount appear in the relevant screen. New conditions do not retrospectively change previously finalized documents or agreements.

Quotes, Proformas and Payment

Creating a request or proforma does not reserve stock or independently create a confirmed order. Gerarco confirms the product, quantity, price and delivery conditions before payment. A proforma is not a tax invoice; its stated validity and conditions apply. No credit terms or financing are promised.

Delivery, Roasting and Nonconformity

Delivery location, responsibility for freight cost and additional conditions appear in the lot and confirmed offer. An in-transit date is estimated arrival in Türkiye, not a promise of delivery to the buyer’s address. Importer information may remain visible on original packaging.

Optional Neroya roasting is available only for green coffee bought through Gerarco. Profile, fee and estimated roast loss form part of the offer. Report product or delivery discrepancies to Gerarco with the lot code, documents and relevant images. Gerarco manages resolution and review with the supplier; the outcome depends on the facts and applicable rights.

Content, Documents and Platform Integrity

You must have permission to share uploaded content. You authorize Gerarco to use it for presenting and promoting the lot. Do not include unnecessary personal data in public files. Forged documents, unauthorized contact details, misleading redirects, spam and unauthorized data collection are prohibited.

Gerarco functions and these terms may change. Material changes are communicated through appropriate channels; rights concerning finalized transactions remain. These terms do not remove rights or responsibilities arising under mandatory law.
