For Buyers

Browse lots by origin, process, grade, screen, crop and quantity. Compare different batches of the same coffee and different coffees using consistent information.

Select a lot and quantity. Where quantity tiers apply, the price for your selected quantity is used. Tax and selected additional services appear in the quote summary.

Send a quote request or create a proforma. A request does not reserve stock. Gerarco confirms quantity, price and delivery conditions before payment and manages the sale and invoicing.

For Suppliers

Create lots in your account or submit your existing list through the import area. Record stock, minimum quantity, order step, price tiers, packaging and delivery conditions separately.

Submitted lots are reviewed by Gerarco. Accounts granted direct publishing permission can publish their own lots without waiting. This permission does not grant the right to apply the Gerarco Approved mark.

Update stock and price from your lot list. Pause a lot when sold or withdrawn. The service fee and your net unit amount are shown during price entry.

Shared Container Sourcing

Review the coffee, target quantity, minimum participation and order step of open plans. Applications are recorded; confirmed participation and commercial conditions are separately approved by Gerarco. An application alone does not guarantee goods or a price.

GerarcoAPP and Notifications

Add Gerarco to your home screen and receive new lots, price drops and announcements at your preferred frequency. Notification preferences do not require an account; account holders can also manage them from their profile.
